We aim to dispatch of the shelf items within 1-2 days of order receipt, Commission based sales can take up to 30 Days to complete the work dependent on the product but please contact us for a guideline for your specific order. We offer TRACKED postage on any item and Zpainting cannot be held responsible if items go missing in the post when this option was not Used/Paid For.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, for standard delivery, ZPainting will only be able to resend or refund UK orders after a period of 28 days has passed.

Claims of missing/Lost Deliveries MUST be made within 48 days of purchace so we can process claims with our postal services outside this time ZPainting hold no responsibilities for reclaiming your lost items.
